Pre-Listing Home Inspection - $400
We will perform a home inspection for you prior to listing your house. This will help you create a list of items you may want to correct/repair prior to listing the home. This can be a very useful tool to show potential buyers that you have been a proactive owner.
Well Flow-Rate Testing - $200
Testing your well's output capabilities to ensure your new home is capable of providing an adequate water supply. We will provide you with a report documenting max, minimum, and overall average gallons per minute. We use high end flow meters to provide you with precise gallon-per-minute readings. This is a standard 2 hour test, unless you require different test times.
Septic Dye Testing - $200
Testing for visible signs of septic failures using a florescent, non-toxic dye.
Basic Water Quality Testing - $150
Testing for presence of bacteria in water supply
FHA Water Quality Testing - $250
Testing for contaminants required by FHA/VA lending guidelines, typically including bacteria, nitrates/nitrites, and lead.
Please note that full payment must be received prior to releasing any reports/additional testing results. We also require that a signed copy of our pre-inspection agreement is returned prior to report release.
We accept many forms of payment such as: cash, check, debit/credit card, Venmo, and Cash App! Payment with card is subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
