Basic Water Quality Testing - $150
Testing for presence of bacteria in water supply
FHA Water Quality Testing - $250
Testing for contaminants required by FHA/VA lending guidelines, typically including bacteria, nitrates/nitrites, and lead.
Walkthrough Inspection - $200
This is a preferred service for clients who don't want to make their offer contingent on a home inspection, but would still like to get a second set of eyes on the house. I will accompany you and your realtor during your showing, ensuring that all of the big ticket items are looked at, prior to you placing an offer on a home.
Please note that full payment must be received prior to releasing any reports/additional testing results. We also require that a signed copy of our pre-inspection agreement is returned prior to report release.
